Ryan Forbes is the production manager and instructor at Wayword Press. He starting producing The Shakedown podcast in January 2022. Since then, he has developed audio, video, and live-streamed productions at Longmont Public Media. He has worked alongside and learned from teachers and industry experts to develop the best practices in his productions.
Wayword Press developed in 2023 as a way to help tell stories that would not normally be heard - ranging from a comic drawn on prison copy paper, stories of restorative justice, all the way to a podcast relating people's personal involvement with the criminal legal system. Now, Wayword Press helps people, businesses, and nonprofits tell their unique stories.
